Our Service

Career Convoy helps mid and late career professionals work out what's next when their work has stopped going where they thought it was going. Through a guided conversation with Scout, our AI career guide, users explore their experience, work out career directions, and receive a Career Transition Report to take into their next move.

What We Provide

• Scout conversations: AI-powered career guidance and transition support
• Career analysis: Personalised insights based on your skills, values, and goals
• Transition planning: Structured programmes to help you navigate career changes
• Resource access: Tools and information to support your career journey

What We Don't Provide

• Professional career counselling: Scout is an AI guide, not a licensed career counsellor
• Job guarantees: We cannot guarantee employment outcomes or job placement
• Mental health services: We don't provide therapy, counselling, or medical advice
• Legal advice: We don't provide legal guidance on employment matters

Your Account & Responsibilities

Account Requirements

• Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to use Career Convoy
• Accurate information: Provide truthful information about your career situation
• Account security: Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• One account: Maintain only one account per person

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Career Convoy:

• Honestly: Share accurate information about your career situation with Scout
• Respectfully: Treat the platform and other resources with respect
• Legally: In compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Appropriately: For career transition purposes as intended

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Share false information: Deliberately mislead Scout or provide false career details
• Attempt system manipulation: Try to circumvent security measures or abuse the platform
• Commercial use: Use the platform for recruiting, selling services, or other commercial purposes
• Harmful content: Share discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate content
• System interference: Attempt to disrupt, hack, or compromise the platform's functionality

Service Limitations & Disclaimers

Platform Availability

• Service interruptions: We may experience downtime for maintenance or technical issues
• Feature changes: We may modify, update, or discontinue features with notice
• Geographic limitations: Our service may not be available in all regions
• Beta features: Some features may be in testing phases with limited functionality

Our Content

• Platform ownership: Career Convoy owns the platform, technology, and service content
• Limited use: You may use our platform for personal career transition purposes only
• No redistribution: You may not copy, distribute, or resell our platform or content
• Scout technology: The AI technology and conversation frameworks are our intellectual property

Privacy & Data

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Career Convoy, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Conversation Privacy

• Confidentiality: Your Scout conversations are private and confidential
• Data security: We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information
• Limited access: Only authorised personnel and necessary AI processing access your data
• User control: You can download, modify, or delete your conversation data

Payment & Subscription

Free Services

The entire Discovery conversation is free to use with no payment required. After Discovery, continuing to your career directions, the Direction Testing conversation, and your complete Career Transition Report requires payment as described below.

Paid Services

• Career Convoy: Continuing past Discovery requires a single payment of $199 AUD. This includes your career directions, the Direction Testing conversation, and your complete Career Transition Report. Single payment, no subscription.
• Billing: Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• Refunds: Refund policies are detailed in our pricing and billing information
• Changes: We may modify pricing over time. We will give existing users reasonable notice before any change affects them.
