01The conversation

This is the kind of conversation a sharp career adviser would have with you in person, the questions that surface what you're good at, including what you've stopped seeing in yourself, and show you where you could go next.

02Why this exists

Most of us picked a career direction young, before we knew ourselves, and then spent years focused on making it work. It is rare, in a career, that we get to stop, take a breath, and ask the real questions about what we want next. What do I want? What am I good at that I have stopped noticing? What is out there that could meet me where I am now?

You have spent a career building skills, surviving change, learning things about yourself you have never stopped to name. Then the ground shifts, or you wake up one day and realise you cannot remember the last time anyone asked you what you actually want.

Career Convoy is the sit-down you have never had. A real conversation about what you've done, what lights you up, and what is out there that could meet you where you are now.

For a while now, a lot of capable people have been told the same thing in a hundred quiet ways. That their experience counts for less than it used to. That the years behind them are a liability, not an asset. Enough of them have started to believe it.

Every week I sit across from experienced people at the moment their careers turn, in rooms where the next move gets decided. What I see, over and over, is the gap between what someone can actually do and what they're able to say about themselves.

“The experience is there. What's gone missing is the way to describe it in a world that has shifted under your feet.”

Over the last couple of years I've watched that gap get wider and the stakes get higher. So I built Career Convoy to put that conversation within reach of anyone who needs it. Then I ran myself through it. It showed me something I didn't realise I was capable of, a direction I would have missed before, but now I'm building on it.

03Your place

This is one of the few places in your working life where you are not the product. This platform is built entirely around you, not around who is hiring. This is the whole point.

You can go deep here. You can think out loud. You can say things you might not say to others and work out what they mean.

04Common questions

A guided conversation with Scout, who asks the kinds of questions you would not think to ask yourself. You come out seeing yourself more clearly, with real directions for where you could go next and the words to describe what you have been doing all along.

There is more to say about yourself than you have ever explored. You have just never had the right conversation to get it out.
