A guided career conversation

You have years of experience. What could come next?

More than you think. Scout, your personal career guide, helps you find it.

Three phases. The first conversation is complimentary.

Sign up with your email so it saves as you go. No CV, and nothing shared with employers or recruiters.

How it works

You don’t need a plan
before you begin.

Scout does the asking. Each question picks up on what you’ve just said, and Scout guides you from there.

  1. Phase 1 · Complimentary

    Talk it through.

Scout asks about what you’ve done, what matters to you and the constraints your next move needs to respect. Bring the detail, the mess included. There’s no judgement here.

  2. Phase 2 · $199 AUD

    See where it could lead.

After the first conversation, choose whether to see career directions drawn from what you’ve shared, each with what it could pay and how AI is changing that work. Work through them until one pulls at you.

  3. Phase 3 · Included

    Go deep on it.

A second conversation tests that direction against your real life, trade-offs included. You finish with a written Career Transition Report to keep. It sets out the gaps to close and what to do this week.

$199 AUD covers your directions, the second conversation and your Career Transition Report. One payment, no subscription.

Where you are now

Nothing has to be wrong
for you to wonder
what else there is.

Work might look fine from the outside. You know what you’re doing. People rely on you. But you keep wondering whether this is where you want to stay.

Or, change might not have been your choice, and the next move isn’t obvious.

Or, you’ve been out of paid work for a while and going back feels like a big step.

You don’t have to arrive with an answer. The first conversation gives you a place to talk through your experience and what you want to consider next.

A note from the founders

Why we built Career Convoy.

Every week I sit across from someone in the moment their job prospects change. It’s not just their current job but their entire career, and everything they’ve trained for. They think they don’t have options. They do.

I built Career Convoy to find the little pieces in a person’s background that show them how many options they have. It even helped me find the direction I’m on now. I hope it helps you find yours.

Robbie ByrneFounder

For over 10 years, I’ve sat on a lingering entrepreneurial dream, wondering if I had what it takes to build a successful business. In 2026 I saw my chance and took it, and this is the result. Fittingly, Career Convoy is built for anyone with a similar, quiet ambition, or even a general uncertainty about their own career transition. If you’re at that crossroads, wondering “what if”, I hope Scout helps you see yourself and your options more clearly, too.

Your space

Room to think
out loud.

Your conversation is not shared with employers or recruiters. Scout doesn’t pull anything from your online profiles. It works with what you choose to tell it.

You can go deep here. You can say things you might not say to others and work out what that means.

You have experience, wherever it came from, and Scout is there to help you see what it adds up to.

How your information is handled (opens in a new tab)

Before you begin

A few things
you might
be wondering.

Is Scout a person?

No. Scout is an AI career guide. It asks questions, works with what you tell it, and the decisions about what comes next stay yours. The more you put in, the more there is to work with.

How is this different from a general AI tool?

Scout does the asking. It was built for this one conversation, so it knows what it needs to learn about you before it can say anything useful, and it keeps asking until it has it. The directions come from everything you said, checked against what you told Scout matters, including what you need to earn.

What does it cost?

The first conversation is complimentary. Afterwards, you can choose to pay $199 AUD, our launch price, to see your directions, have the second conversation and keep your Career Transition Report. There is no subscription. From 1 January 2027, the price rises to the standard $299 AUD.

What if the paid experience isn’t for me?

If you go through the whole thing and it doesn’t land, email us and we’ll refund you. Robbie or Keiran will reply. See the full terms (opens in a new tab) or contact us.

How much time should I allow?

The first conversation can take up to two hours, depending on how much you explore. We recommend using a personal device on a personal network, as keystrokes can be monitored in some work environments.

Does my industry matter?

No. Scout works the same in any industry. It asks about your experience beyond your job title, and explores it in the Australian working context.

What if the directions don’t fit?

Tell Scout what doesn’t connect, and why, before you choose one. The conversation can return to what you’ve shared and explore a different fit. Saying no doesn’t have to be a setback. It’s more information for Scout to work with.

Can I come back to the conversation?

Yes. Your conversation doesn’t have to happen in one sitting. It saves every time you submit an answer, so you can pause and pick up where you left off. Sign in when you’re ready to continue.

Whenever you’re ready.

Bring your experience and what you’re unsure about, and find out what you want to consider next.
